Frank Richards, CEO
Mr. Richards is a seasoned entrepreneur, CEO, and growth executive with 20+ years success founding, building, and growing companies. Frank has been Founder & CEO of ProtoCall (acquired by Intek; IPO exit), Northpoint Group, SmartZip Analytics (Intel Capital, CCV, and Javelin Ventures), and TimeTags. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Davis and did post-graduate work at The University of Essex, England, on a Rotary Foundation International Scholarship. Frank played college football and rugby, coached high school football, and can be found on the sidelines cheering on his children in youth sports.
John SteUart, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Steuart is an active venture and PE investor in emerging fast growth projects. 25 years seasoning as entrepreneur, CFO, board member and VC in public and private life science, tech, RE and PE companies. In 1988, John Steuart co-founded Savvy Properties, L.P., with Michael Kraszulyak. In addition to co-founding Savvy, John was managing director Claremont Creek Ventures (co-founder), Prolog Ventures, and Steuart Ventures. In 1995, John co-founded CyberGold, an Internet payments and loyalty marketing company. The founding team built the company from three co-founders to 150 employees, venture of venture and an IPO. After IPO came a $500 million merger with a competitor, Mypoints.
Winston cook, Executive Vice President
Mr. Cook is a leading expert in digital marketing, growth, and customer acquisition. Upon graduating from Pepperdine University he moved to the bay area to join the dot.com explosion. Winston built and lead email marketing for Affiliate.com, the pioneer in the Affiliate Marketing space. He then went on to hold key positions at cutting edge digital agencies prior to co-founding Native Rank, a full service Digital Agency, one of Google’s largest partners. Winston is an expert in Nonprofit digital marketing leading Native Rank to become the largest vendor of Google Grants in the country.
Sumit Sur, VP of Engineering
Dr. Sur is a hands-on technology executive with proven experience in providing vision, building and leading multi-site development teams delivering quality software and customer service. He worked at Qualcomm for over 20 years leading large development teams and was also a lead software architect and innovator. He served as the Director of Engineering for the last 7 years of his tenure. He holds 18 U.S. patents in key areas of mobile device power saving and thermal mitigation and is the author of 15+ journal and conference papers. He went to Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur for his Bachelor’s in ECE and got his masters in EE and Math and PhD in Computer Science from Colorado State University. He is an avid golfer, skier, biker and has taken up badminton.
Jonathan Bray, CIO
Mr. Bray is an accomplished entrepreneur with expertise in mobile & web product development, and digital marketing. Early in his career he founded Clixigen, a successful digital marketing agency. Jonathan is passionate about product developmentand developing innovative applications such as VieSports, TimeTagz, Rally4 and M4Hub. Jonathan is an avid photographer, toured the world as a performer, & is the lead guitarist of the cool innovative AltRock band The Hollow. Jonathan is a voracious student of next-gen technologies with a particular interest in Singularity. He studied marketing & theatre at UNC holding a Bachelor of Arts.
Angela Whaley, VP CLIENT strategy
Ms. Whaley is an expert at maximizing results for thousands of U.S. mobile giving and engagement campaigns for nonprofits. She has orchestrated the most successful mobile fundraising campaigns in history, including the Haiti Earthquake Response with the American Red Cross. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, live music, and finding innovative ways to create the biggest impact. She holds a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University and an Entrepreneurship Certificate.
